2. Medical Disclaimer

ESAClinic.com provides mental health evaluations and Emotional Support Animal letters through licensed mental health professionals. Our services do not replace regular therapy, psychiatric care, or emergency medical treatment. If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency center.

3. ESA Evaluations & Letters

  • Approval for an ESA letter is not guaranteed. A licensed clinician will determine eligibility following a confidential assessment.
  • ESA letters are valid only if issued by a licensed professional and may be subject to landlord, housing provider, or airline review.
  • Misrepresentation of information provided during evaluations may result in denial of services.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of scheduling or purchasing evaluation services.
  • If you do not qualify for an ESA letter after your evaluation, you will not be charged (100% risk-free guarantee).
  • Refunds are not available for approved evaluations or completed services.

5. Telehealth Services

Our evaluations are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth system. By using our platform, you consent to electronic communications, record-keeping, and compliance with federal and California state telehealth regulations.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your use of ESAClinic.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect personal and medical information.

7. Limitation of Liability

ESAClinic.com and its providers shall not be held liable for decisions made by landlords, airlines, employers, or third parties regarding ESA letters. We do not guarantee acceptance of documentation beyond compliance with FHA and ACAA regulations.
